Sabrina Tyer is a self taught award winning Artist living in Talty, Texas. She is a member of Oil Painters of America and North American Oil and Acrylic Painters Society. Her medium choice is oil paint, but she has always loved and appreciated all kinds of art.
After her children were grown and out of the house, she embarked on her creative journey and finds inspiration all around her. She especially enjoys painting all kinds of still life.
She states "When I choose a selection of objects to paint, they become a still life. I love to bring out the path of light to guide the viewer through the painting. My goal is to also bring out all the beautiful colors. Painting brings me joy, peace, and healing. Light, color, and atmosphere is what I strive for. I love recreating and recognizing the beauty of ordinary things."
