RAL membership is open to all area fine artists, working in a variety of creative disciplines, including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, and other visual media, just to name a few.
New members joining in the last quarter of any year receive benefits through the next calendar year.

Memberships are for one fiscal year. Anyone who becomes a member and has paid dues during the last three months of any fiscal year shall be considered paid in full for the following fiscal year. The fiscal year shall commence on January 1st and end December 31st of each year.
